The Black Hat Hotel Ilkley, Ilkley

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Ilkley with easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooms were smartly decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable, making me feel right at home. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and accommodating staff always ready to help. The dining experience was a lovely surprise with a good selection. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, the overall experience was delightful and great value for money.

The hotel is located right in the center of Ilkley, with excellent proximity to shops, and the rooms are generously sized. Although noise from the main road can be bothersome, it's understandable due to the central location. The service was top-notch, especially with the staff working hard during a busy period. The location offers easy access to the town's attractions, and being above the pub adds a unique touch. However, the dining experience, which was not clear at booking, was not up to expectations.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, overlooking the beer garden/courtyard, although it could be a bit noisy at night. The service was fantastic, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the town and the train station. Unfortunately, dining options were not available during my stay, but there are plenty of eateries nearby.
